With over a decade of experience in the social services field, I have cultivated a passion for creating a healing environment tailored to the needs of each individual I serve.

Having been born and raised in Colorado, I find joy in the outdoors and appreciate the diverse beauty this state presents. I hold a firm belief in the restorative power of movement and nature, integrating these elements into my daily routine.

Throughout my career, I have worked with a diverse range of individuals, including elementary-aged children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds. My expertise encompasses working with clients facing challenges such as substance use and addiction, as well as addressing concerns related to trauma, anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship dynamics, and self-esteem. Currently, my telehealth practice is focused exclusively on adult clients.
